Anxiety
Anxiety is a normal emotional response to stress. It is characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts, and sometimes physical changes like increased blood pressure or loss of appetite.

Anxiety is a normal and often healthy emotion. However, when a person regularly feels disproportionate levels of anxiety, they should talk to someone to seek help.
